VTB is discussing alliance options with Wildberries

VTB and the Wildberries&Russ marketplace are discussing options for alliances, according to RBC sources. Configuration of a possible deal has not yet been agreed upon: the parties have not yet determined the ownership scheme, shares, or their valuation. As a result of the deal, VTB may receive commission income from payments on the platform and access to the marketplace's customer base, while Wildberries may gain a major financial partner and the Post Bank's branch network as a point-of-sale location.
