Glorax has commissioned the first phase of the Pargolovo project

Glorax, a developer, has received permission to commission the first phase of the Pargolovo project in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg. First phase consists of a modern 15-storey residential building with 626 apartments and a multi-level parking garage with 451 parking spaces. Total area of the phase is 53,490 square meters. Second phase of the project is scheduled to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2026.
