Dzen claims to be a national news platform

VK's news aggregator Zen is being used as the basis for creating a National News Platform, according to the holding's presentation. Platform's widget is proposed to be mandatory on the main page of marketplaces, social networks, and video services, with which advertising revenue is planned to be shared. Corresponding bill may be submitted to the State Duma as early as May.
