VK sold 25% of Tochka Bank for ₽21 billion

VK sold a 25% stake in Tochka Bank for at least 21.2 billion rubles. Company acquired a stake in the bank in the fourth quarter of 2023 for 11.6 billion rubles. Since acquiring the asset, the company has received dividends worth 4.3 billion rubles. Buyer was Vladimir Potanin's Interros, which will later transfer the asset to T-Technologies.
