APRI sales in the first quarter increased by 2.8 times

Real estate sales by the developer APRI for 3 months of 2026 amounted to 40.3 thousand square meters, an increase of 2.8 times compared to the previous year. In monetary terms, sales increased by 2.9 times, reaching ₽6.17 billion. Average selling price per square meter increased by 4.3% to 153.19 thousand. Share of mortgages was 76%. 24,130 sq. m of space was put into operation in the TvoiaPrivilegiya projects in Yekaterinburg and Prityazhenie in Chelyabinsk, and the volume of current construction at the end of the quarter was 371,340 sq. m.
