Europlan and Alphamobil will merge their retail businesses

Alfa-Bank will carry out the operational integration of the Europlan leasing company and the retail division of Alfa-Leasing, Alfa-Mobile. Integration involves the unification of product lines and the optimization of business processes. As a result, the regional networks of the companies will be merged into a single operational structure. This solution will preserve the strengths and management experience of both companies, improve the quality of services, and expand the customer base in the retail segment of the market.
