FabricaONE.AI has started collecting applications for participation in the IPO

FabricaONE.AI has set the IPO price target at ₽25 per share, which corresponds to the pre-money valuation of ₽14 billion. Company plans to issue 80 million shares and raise ₽2 billion. Application process begins today and lasts until April 29. Trading is scheduled to start on April 30.
