Glorax's real estate sales in 3 months of 2026 amounted to 64,400 square meters, an increase of 2.5 times compared to 25,600 square meters a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 94% to ₽12.6 billion. The number of contracts concluded increased by 2.6 times to 1,697. Average price per square meter decreased by 25% to ₽197,000. Share of regional projects increased by 25 p.p. to 67%. Share of contracts involving mortgage funds increased by 2 p.p. to 75%.
