Developer GloraX has received permission to put the second building of the Green Heights residential complex in Vladivostok into operation. Total area of the project is 53,088 sq. m. GloraX entered the Vladivostok market in 2025 through an M&A transaction involving the acquisition of Zhilkapinvest Group. Less than a year after the transaction was closed, the first project was put into operation, demonstrating the company's rapid asset integration and effective regional expansion strategy.
