Hamovnichesky Court of Moscow has scheduled a hearing on the merits of the anti-corruption lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office on May 5 to transfer the property of Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich and former CEO Maxim Basov, who are accused of fraud, to the state. List of assets that may be seized by the state includes the shares of Rusagro owned by the defendants.
