Alfa-Bank will offer Europlan's minority shareholders another offer

Alfa-Bank's stake in Europlan has reached 94.75% as a result of the offer to the minority shareholders of the leasing company, and 95.36% taking into account the shares of affiliated entities. In order to exceed the 95% mark, Alfa-Bank will send another offer to Europlan's shareholders by the end of May. This is not a forced buyout, as minority shareholders will not be obligated to sell their shares. The decision remains entirely voluntary and is made by each investor independently.
