Etalon reports a decline in sales

Etalon Group's real estate sales volume for 3 months of 2026 amounted to 89.97 thousand square meters, a decrease of 2.1 times compared to 192.08 thousand square meters a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales volume decreased by 34% to ₽24.7 billion. Cash receipts increased by 47% to ₽26.6 billion. The average selling price of residential real estate increased by 8.4% to ₽335.6 thousand per square meter. In the first quarter, the company commissioned 237 thousand square meters of real estate, which is 3.2 times more than a year earlier.
