DOM.RF has determined the closing date for the dividend register

Supervisory Board of DOM.RF has convened an annual shareholder meeting for June 30. Closing date for the register for the payment of dividends for 2025, amounting to ₽246.88 per ordinary share, has been set as the 20th day from the date of the general meeting's decision. Therefore, the last day to purchase shares for receiving dividends is July 17, 2026. The dividend yield may reach 10.5%.
