Yandex has set the price of the additional issue for the motivation program

Yandex's Board of Directors has set the placement price for the long-term motivation program at ₽4,100.5 per share, which corresponds to the weighted average price on the Moscow Exchange as of May 14. Company may issue up to 3.8 million shares through a closed subscription in favor of the program's operator, ESOP SPV LLC. Final number of shares to be placed will be determined based on employee applications for the exercise of their options. It is expected to be no more than 0.9 million shares.
