Rostelecom is creating the Technovev holding company, which will include key manufacturers of telecom equipment for operators and critical infrastructure. Purpose of the holding company is to combine the resources of production assets and attract third-party investors. Alexander Loginov, a leader who has been working in the telecom industry for decades and has demonstrated his leadership skills in various positions, has been entrusted with the leadership of Technovev.
