Cian's net profit under IFRS for 3 months of 2026 amounted to ₽1 billion, an increase of 4.6 times compared to ₽0.217 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased by 18.2% to ₽3.9 billion against ₽3.3 billion a year earlier.
