GloraX starts construction of its first project in Omsk

GloraX, a developer, has received a construction permit for the first phase of the Status on Zaozernaya business-class residential complex in Omsk, the company's first project in the region. Total area of the project will be 185,000 square meters, with a net selling area of 132,000 square meters. First phase includes the construction of two multi-storey apartment buildings with a total of 1,455 apartments, with a total living area of 65,200 square meters.
