Lenta has acquired O'Key hypermarkets

Lenta has acquired RFB-Retail LLC, the operator of the O'Key hypermarket chain. Transaction is structured without a monetary component: as payment, Lenta assumes the debt obligations of the acquired company. Deal includes 75 hypermarkets with a total sales area of 478,000 sq. m and 4 leased distribution centers with a total area of 107,000 sq. m. According to management estimates, the Net Debt/EBITDA ratio will remain at 1x in 2026, and the EBITDA margin will be at least 7%.
