Renaissance Insurance replaced dividends with buybacks

Renaissance Insurance Board of Directors proposed to cancel the final dividend for 2025 and to repurchase shares worth up to ₽5 billion, as well as to redeem shares worth up to 10% of the authorized capital. Effect of the program is more than twice the potential yield of the scenario with a dividend of ₽5.9 per share.
