APRI and VTB have agreed to create a large-scale resort in Chelyabinsk

APRI and VTB Bank have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Developer will use the bank's financial instruments to implement the Fanpark all-season complex resort near Chelyabinsk. Resort will cover a total area of 63.3 hectares, with a preferential financing volume of ₽7.2 billion. Project will become the largest resort in the Ural Federal District. It will include an aqua park, an amusement park, a ski resort, a hotel, and apartments.
