Kamaz plans an additional issue of 24.9% on a closed subscription

Board of Directors of Kamaz proposed to issue additional shares by closed subscription in favor of Rosimushchestvo and FSUE NAMI. It is planned to place 234,487,564 shares, which is 24.9% of the increased authorized capital. The shareholders will discuss this issue at the annual meeting on June 26.
