Supervisory Board of Alrosa approved the first long-term program for promoting natural diamonds until 2030. Marketing part of the program is based on an omnichannel approach that allows for working with the entire decision-making chain: from the first contact with the consumer in the digital space to professional advice at the point of sale and the final selection of a jewelry piece.
