APRI and Cosmos to Develop Hotel at Fanpark Resort

APRI and Cosmos Hotel Group signed an agreement to develop hotel facilities under the federal operator’s franchise model at the Travel! tourism forum held in Moscow on June 10–14. Under the agreement, a 456-room hotel with a total area of 18,558.8 sq. m, currently being built as part of the Fanpark resort near Chelyabinsk, will operate under the Cosmos Smart brand. The hotel facilities are scheduled to open by the end of 2030.
