UAC to Relocate Tupolev’s Legal Entity to Kazan

The legal entity of Tupolev, part of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), will relocate its registration from Moscow to Kazan, UAC said. The decision was approved by the company's shareholders as part of the implementation of President Vladimir Putin's initiative to move state-owned companies' headquarters to Russian regions. The relocation will take place after the required corporate procedures are completed.
