Rosneft bought a stake in Bashneft from the regional authorities

Bashkortostan sold a portion of its stake in Bashneft to Rosneft for ₽14.8 billion, according to Svetlana Malinskaya, the region's acting finance minister. Deal includes the possibility of a buyback when the republic has the opportunity.
