AFK Sistema and Roscosmos have signed an agreement on the creation of an orbital constellation of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth. Sputnix group of companies, owned by AFK Sistema, will form a grouping of remote sensing devices, and Roscosmos will put them into orbit.

AFK Sistema's loss under IFRS for 6 months of 2025 amounted to ₽81.9 billion against a profit of ₽4.09 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased by 7.3% to ₽616.78 billion against ₽574.93 billion a year earlier.

AFK Systems' adjusted OIBDA under IFRS in the 2nd quarter of 2025 amounted to 94.5 billion rubles, an increase of 2.9% compared to 91.8 billion rubles in the previous year. Revenue increased by 6.3% to ₽321.1 billion from ₽302.1 billion a year earlier.
