Board of Directors of Sistema recommended that dividends be paid for 2023 in the amount of ₽0.52 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is July 16, 2024. Dividend yield may amount to 1.98%.

Sistema's RAS net profit for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽63.16 billion, up 2.3 times from ₽27.85 billion in the previous year. Revenue fell 57.9% to ₽402.81 million against ₽957.42 million a year earlier.
