Tilray and Aphria completed the merger. Aphria shareholders received 0.8381 shares of Tilray for each of their securities. They own 62% of the combined company. Tilray shares will continue to be traded on NASDAQ and will also begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TLRY on May 5, 2021.
