36.6 pharmacy chain has acquired the Trika pharmacy chain. The deal includes 45 pharmacies. Experts estimate the deal value at ₽540–700 million. Purchase of the chain will allow the company to strengthen its presence in Moscow, the Moscow region, and the Yaroslavl region, as well as expand into a new region, the Oryol region.

Apteka 36.6's IFRS net profit for 2025 was ₽263 million, down 1.5% from ₽267 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 21.1% to ₽105.6 billion, compared to ₽87.2 billion a year earlier.

Aptechnaya Set 36.6's RAS net profit for 2025 was ₽43.5 million, which is 2.6 times lower than ₽114.9 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 34.9% to ₽6.45 billion against ₽4.78 billion a year earlier.

EBITDA of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 by the end of 2025, according to preliminary data, amounted to ₽8.5 billion, an increase of 27% compared to the previous year.
