Basis GC dividend policy

The dividend policy is designed to pay dividends based on the results of 2025, 2026 and 2027. The indicator (IFRS) is defined as the basis for calculating dividends NIC - net profit less capitalized expenses + expenses for long-term motivation programs + amortization of intangible assets. Payments are made subject to the following criteria: Net debt / OIBDAC <= 1x - at least 50% of the NIC; 1x < Net debt / OIBDAC <= 2x - at least 25% of the NIC; Net debt / OIBDAC > 3x - unpaid.
