Brown-Forman is partnering with Coca-Cola to launch a ready-to-drink Jack & Coke cocktail made from Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey and a classic Coca-Cola drink. The novelty will be available worldwide. The first cocktails will be available in Mexico in late 2022.

Brown Forman's GAAP net income for fiscal year 2022 was $151 million, up 25.8% from $120 million the previous year. Revenue increased 22.7% to $996 million from $812 million a year earlier.

The Brown Forman Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.1885 per share. The last day to buy securities to receive the dividend is June 6, 2022. The annual dividend yield may reach 2.45%.

Brown Forman's GAAP net income for 9 months of fiscal year 2022 was $687 billion, down 12.3% from $783 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased 10.9% to $2.937 billion from $2.649 billion a year earlier.
