Boguchansk HPP is a hydroelectric power plant on the Angara River, near the town of Kodinsk, Kezhemsky District, Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is part of the Angara HPP cascade, being its fourth, lower stage. It is one of the five largest hydroelectric power plants in Russia. Installed capacity is 2997 MW.
The company's shares are not listed. Trading is carried out on the MOEX OTC market. Purchase of shares is available only to qualified investors.
