Moscow Exchange since February 7 included shares of ICPAO CIAN into the first level of the list of securities admitted to trading. Securities were assigned trading code CNRU. Shares of ICPAO CIAN will start trading on the Moscow Exchange after the exchange of receipts of Cyprus Cian plc.

New holding company of CIAN received public status and was transformed into ICPAO CIAN. Next stage of corporate restructuring should be an OTC exchange of shares and ADR of Cyprus-based Cian Plc for securities of the Russian company with a 1:1 ratio. After completion of the exchange process, shares of ICPAO CIAN will start trading on the Moscow Exchange.
