Curtiss-Wright has completed its acquisition of Safran Aerosystems Arresting. SAA is a developer and manufacturer of critical emergency braking systems for aircraft. The company makes about 75 percent of its sales outside the United States, including to NATO partners. The deal was valued at $240 million.

The Curtiss-Wright Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share. The last day to buy securities to receive the dividend is June 15, 2022. The annual dividend yield may reach 0.53%.

Net income of Curtiss-Wright under GAAP for the 3 months of 2022 was $40.685 million, down 31.6% from $59.469 million in the previous year. Revenue decreased 6.3% to $559.461 million from $597.059 million a year earlier.

Net income of Curtiss-Wright under GAAP for 2021 was $267.159 million, up 32.7% from $201.392 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 4.8% to $2.506 billion from $2.391 billion a year earlier.
