Dynatrace's GAAP net income for fiscal year 2022 was $52.451 million, down 30.7% from $75.714 million in the prior year. Revenue increased 32.1% to $929.445 million from $703.509 million a year earlier.

Dynatrace's GAAP net income for the first nine months of fiscal year 2022 was $51.522 million, up 5.7% from $48.76 million in the prior year. Revenue increased 33.5% to $676.86 million from $507.005 million a year earlier.

Dynatrace's GAAP net income for 9M 2021 was $36.935 million, up 21.7% from $30.344 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 34.6% to $436.094 million from $324.094 million a year earlier.

Dynatrace acquired SpectX, which developed technology to analyze logs from various local and remote sources, such as AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Google Storage, Elastic clusters and traditional databases.
