Net income of Enphase Energy under GAAP for the 3 months of 2022 was $51.821 million, up 63.5% from $31.698 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 46.2% to $441.292 million from $301.754 million a year earlier.

Enphase Energy will start production of microinverters at Flex's plant in Romania. The cooperation will increase device production and reduce delivery times for Enphase customers in Europe. The plant will start producing microinverters in Q1 2023.

Enphase Energy's GAAP net income for 2021 was $145.449 million, up 8.5% from $133.995 million in the prior year. Revenue increased 78.6% to $1.382 billion from $0.774 billion a year earlier.

Enphase Energy has completed its acquisition of ClipperCreek, a company that manufactures charging stations for electric vehicles. Since its inception in 2006, the company has already sold more than 110,000 stations. The amount of the deal is not disclosed.
