Eaton Vance reported GAAP net income of $112.337 million for 3 months of fiscal 2021, down 0.4% from $112.835 million in the prior year. Revenue increased 8% to $488.946 million from $452.554 million a year earlier.

The Eaton Vance Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share. The last day to buy securities to receive the dividend is January 27, 2021. The annual dividend yield may reach 2.04%.

Eaton Vance's net profit under GAAP for fiscal year 2020 was $133.334 million, down 3.3 times from $432.876 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 2.8% to $1.73 billion against $1.683 billion a year earlier.
