On October 16, Gazprom set a new record for daily gas deliveries to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline, exceeding its contractual obligations. It is the fourth record since the project reached its full capacity of 38 bcm per year on December 1, 2024. In the first nine months of 2025, supplies increased by more than 27%.

Gazprom’s EBITDA grew 37% in the first nine months of 2025 to over 2.1 trillion rubles, Deputy Chairman Famil Sadygov said. The increase was driven by 2.8% higher domestic gas deliveries and more than 27% growth in exports to China. The company reported no debt growth, with total debt down to 6 trillion rubles and net debt to 5.5 trillion rubles.

Gazprom is using artificial intelligence to optimize the operation of its underground gas storage facilities. Deputy Department Head Sergey Khan said at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum that a 3D neural model accelerates calculations a million times and helps select optimal well management scenarios to maintain output during the heating season.
