Net income of GoDaddy under GAAP for the 3 months of 2022 was $68.6 million, up 6.4 times from $10.8 million in the previous year. Revenue rose 11.3% to $1.003 billion from $0.901 billion a year earlier.

GoDaddy's GAAP net income for 2021 was $242.8 million, compared to a loss of $494.1 million the previous year. Revenue increased 15% to $3.816 billion from $3.317 billion a year earlier.

GoDaddy is acquiring Pagely, a developer of a website management platform. Using that platform, GoDaddy plans to create WooCommerce SaaS, an open-source e-commerce software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

GoDaddy's GAAP net income for 9M 2021 was $155.4 million, compared to a loss of $564.9 million in the previous year. Revenues increased 14.4% to $2.796 billion from $2.443 billion a year earlier.
