Globant's IFRS net income for the 3 months of 2022 was $36.807 million, up 69.9% from $21.667 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 48.6% to $401.378 million compared to $270.17 million a year earlier.

Globant SA's IFRS net income for 2021 was $96.355 million, up 77.7% from $54.217 million in the previous year. Revenues increased 59.3% to $1.297 billion from $0.814 billion a year earlier.

Globant's IFRS net income for 9M 2021 amounted to $67.224 mln, up 89.2% from $35.528 mln in the previous year. Revenue increased 57.7% to $917.261 million from $581.503 million a year earlier.

Globant acquires Navint. The company helps organizations drive growth and operational efficiency through Lead-to-Revenue methods. Navint operates throughout North America and also has offices in Europe and India. The company has 130 employees who work with Fortune 1000 organizations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
