Global Ports shareholders decided to re-domicile the company from Cyprus to the special administrative region of Primorsky Krai, Russky Island. It is planned to change the place of registration and name of the company to International Company Joint Stock Company GLOBAL PORTS INVESTMENTS by the end of 2023.

Consolidated container turnover of Global Ports' marine terminals for 3 months of 2022 was 363,000 TEU, down 2% from 371,000 TEU in the previous year. Bulk cargo volumes decreased by 62.3% to 474,000 TEUs. Volumes of transshipment of heavy rolling equipment decreased by 28.8% to 4.3 thousand TEUs, cars - by 35.5% to 18.4 thousand TEUs.
