The Juniper Networks Board of Directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share. The last day to buy securities to receive the dividend is May 30, 2022. The annual dividend yield may reach 2.5%.

Net income of Juniper Networks on GAAP for 3 months of 2022 amounted to $55.7 million, against a loss of $31.1 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 8.8% to $1.168 billion from $1.074 billion a year earlier.

Synopsys and Juniper Networks have established a joint venture, Silicon Photonics. The company will provide the semiconductor industry with an open silicon photonics platform that will include integrated lasers, optical amplifiers, and a full suite of photonic components to form a complete solution with PDK.

Juniper Networks' GAAP net income for 2021 was $252.7 million, down 2% from $257.8 million in the previous year. Revenue rose 6.5% to $4.735 billion from $4.445 billion a year earlier.
