Shareholders of Kuibyshevazot voted against the reorganization of the company in the form of a merger with Novacom LLC.

Net profit of KuibyshevAzot under IFRS for 6 months of 2026 amounted to ₽5.5 billion, an increase of 57.1% compared to ₽3.5 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 4.8% to ₽42 billion, compared to ₽44.1 billion a year earlier.

Part of the assets of the international Linde group, as part of the debt recovery under the contract for the construction of a gas processing complex in Ust‑Luga, was transferred to KuibyshevAzot. Company received 100% of LLC Praksa Rus, which is engaged in the production of industrial and medical gases.
