Saratov oil refinery plant is one of the oldest Russian refineries, and is part of the Rosneft oil company. The company produces over 20 types of products: unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil of all major grades, bitumens, vacuum gasoil, technical sulfur. The company was founded in 1934.
