Rosseti Yug has completed the placement of 540.6 billion additional ordinary shares for the acquisition of Rosseti Kuban. ROSSETI Kuban shareholders received one ordinary share of Rosseti Yug for every 0.000737954 ordinary shares of Rosseti Kuban. As a result, the share of FGC Rosseti in the capital of Rosseti Yug increased from 84.16% to 96.3%.

Shareholders of Rosseti Yug have decided to place 540.6 billion additional ordinary shares for the acquisition of Rosseti Kuban. Rosseti Kuban shareholders will receive one ordinary share of ROSSETI Yug for every 0.000737954 ordinary shares of Rosseti Kuban.

Rosseti South's Board of Directors proposed that shareholders issue additional shares for the merger of Rosseti Kuban, whose shares will be converted into Rosseti South securities. Conversion ratio and the number of additional Rosseti South shares to be placed are not yet known. Shareholders will discuss this issue at the meeting on May 15.

Rosseti Kuban's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽8.6 billion, up 28.4% from ₽6.7 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 13.4% to ₽64.3 billion against ₽56.7 billion a year earlier.
