Vaanino Port is a Russian seaport of federal significance in the deep-water Vanina Bay, the largest in Khabarovsk Krai. It is the second largest in terms of cargo turnover (26.8 million tonnes in 2015) in Russia's Far East basin. It is administratively located within the boundaries of Vanino settlement and is its town-forming enterprise.
The company's shares are not listed. Trading is carried out on the MOEX OTC market. Purchase of shares is available only to qualified investors.
