The Board of Directors of Nizhnekamskneftekhim recommended to pay dividends based on the results of 2024 in the amount of ₽2.93 per ordinary and one preferred share. The last day of buying securities for receiving dividends is June 30, 2025. The dividend yield on ordinary shares may be 3.5%, and on preferred shares-4.25%.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim's IFRS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽30.8 billion, up 85.5% from ₽16.6 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 14.2% to ₽269.7 billion against ₽236.2 billion a year earlier.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim's RAS net profit for 2024 was ₽31.761 billion, an increase of 40.7% compared to ₽22.567 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased by 13.8% to ₽258.759 billion from ₽227.463 billion a year earlier.
