Net profit of the Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port under IFRS for 3 months of 2026 amounted to ₽10.7 billion, an increase of 2.9% compared to ₽10.4 billion in the previous year. The revenue remained at the same level as last year, amounting to ₽19.8 billion.

Board of Directors of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port recommended that dividends be paid for 2025 in the amount of ₽1.1448 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is July 10, 2026. Dividend yield may amount to 13.48%.

Russian government has made changes to the 2026-2028 federal property privatization program, including plans to sell the state-owned stake in the Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port.
