The loss of Pinterest under GAAP for the 3 months of 2022 was $5.281 million, down 4.4 times from $21.674 million in the previous year. Revenue rose 18.5% to $574.885 million from $485.23 million a year earlier.

Net income of Pinterest under GAAP for 2021 was $316.438 million, compared to a loss of $128.323 million in the previous year. Revenue rose 52.3% to $2.578 billion from $1.693 billion a year earlier.

Pinterest is buying video creation and editing app Vochi, which gives video content creators the ability to instantly apply high-quality effects based on computer vision. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Pinterest's GAAP net income for 9M 2021 was $141.739 million, against a loss of $336.164 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 75.4% to $1.731 billion, up from $0.987 billion a year earlier.
