Raven Property Group's net income under IFRS for 6M 2021 amounted to £41.166 mln, against a loss of £31.708 mln in the previous year. Revenues fell 12.4% to £70.629m from £80.627m a year earlier.

Raven Property group's loss according to IFRS for 2020 was £14.157 million, against a profit of £46.018 million in the previous year. Revenues fell 12.3% to £153.804 million from £175.373 million a year earlier.

Directors of Raven Property group: Sir Richard Jewson, Anton Bilton, Glyn Hirsch, Mark Sinclai and Colin Smith became the owners of 0.035% to 6.9264% of the company, taking part in the tender placement of ordinary shares for 36 pence.
